Integrative Nutrition & Health Coaching
If you’re experiencing symptoms like low energy, poor sleep, bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea, brain fog, headaches, unexplained aches and pains—or you’re simply overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there—Integrative Nutrition can help you make sense of it all.
In a session with Andrea, you’ll go through a comprehensive, compassionate interview process exploring your goals, lifestyle, stress levels, digestion, sleep, hormonal health, medical and family history, medications, supplements, and more. Rather than focusing only on the food on your plate, she looks at the whole picture to understand what your body truly needs.
Together, you’ll create a personalized plan that is achievable, sustainable, and realistic for your life—not another restrictive diet or quick fix. And the support doesn’t end when the session is over. With ongoing check-ins every 2–4 weeks, you’ll work together to review what’s going well, troubleshoot what isn’t, and adjust your plan so it continues to support your health long term.
In today’s world, making healthy decisions can feel confusing or even impossible. Book your session today and let Andrea help you feel clear, confident, and back in control of your health.
Benefits you can expect:
More energy and focus
Improved digestion and reduced bloating
Better sleep and mood balance
Support for hormone health and weight management
Confidence in making food choices that feel good and work for you
Frequently Asked Questions about Integrative Nutrition and Health Counselling
Who should not use these services:
Nutrition counselling is educational in nature and not a replacement for medical advice. If you have a serious medical condition requiring urgent medical treatment, or need prescriptive dietary interventions beyond a nutritionist’s scope, these services may not be suitable.
Insurance Coverage:
Some extended health benefits plans cover nutrition counselling. Please check with your provider to see if your plan includes services from a nutritionist or health coach.
How often should you book?
For best results, I recommend sessions every 2–4 weeks, giving you time to put strategies into action and build new habits with support along the way.

“Andrea was personable and very knowledgeable. The conversation was very casual to the point my appointment did not feel rushed. After the appointment, I received an email by Andrea as to a summarization of our conversation and the game plan to achieve my goals. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Andrea and Instill. Thank you.”
