We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, there is a cancellation fee, equal to the amount of the missed appointment.

The cancellation fee is NOT covered by insurance.

The cancellation fee must be paid, before you attend future appointments. This can be sent via email to info@instilltherapies.com

If something comes up last minute and you cannot make your appointment, you are welcome to offer it to a friend, family member, or a nice person that you know, who can attend in your place.

If you know you cannot make an appointment many days in advance, we always appreciate being informed as soon as possible.

We understand that life comes up, and sometimes things are unavoidable. We ask that you understand that this is our career, our paycheques, and our time. In addition, every no-show is a missed opportunity for someone else.
