  • Breathwork uses continuous, focused and intentional breathing patterns to heal, release and transform. It heals the nervous system by moving out of a sympathetic state (fight, flight, freeze) and into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest).

Our Breathwork Facilitator, Brenna, offers one on one, and couples appointments, as well as in-person group breathwork classes.

  • Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that focuses on applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to different areas of the body. This holistic practice is based on the principle that these reflex points are connected to your organs, glands, and systems, helping to promote balance and overall wellness.

During a reflexology session, you can expect a deeply relaxing experience that supports improved circulation, stress reduction, and enhanced energy flow. Many clients find reflexology helpful for relieving tension, improving sleep, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes
